Vector Marketing is running immediate interviews for part time sales positions. Basic responsibilities include selling our Cutco products through one-on-one presentations.
Our Cutco products are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous work experience, sales, or knowledge of home goods is not required. We provide all the training needed for success.
Position Details:
Paid Weekly - We offer guaranteed base pay that is not tied to sales, allowing reps to focus on providing excellent customer service rather than feeling pressured to make a sale. We also offer a performance-based commission structure that increases based on career sales performance — not length of service or annual resets. Representatives are paid a base (25.00 base-appt) or commission, whichever is higher that week. Even during slower weeks, reps are still paid for every qualified appointment they complete, regardless of sales results.
Flexible Work – Reps set their own schedule based on what works best for them. Some work around school, others around internships or their full time job, and some around family obligations.
Solid Training – Our company has been around for over 40 years, we provide the training needed for success.
Resume Experience – Even if someone doesn’t stay with us long term the sales, networking, and communication skills they build are needed for any field.
Location – Sales reps work locally after training, meetings and training are held in the office.
