Position Overview

Michels Communications Corporation is seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Executive Assistant to work directly with the Vice President & Director of Digital Marketing.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who wants real experience in content creation, marketing execution, and business operations—not just entry-level tasks.

You will play a key role in helping produce content, support campaigns, and keep marketing initiatives moving forward across multiple brands and clients.


What You’ll DoContent Creation & Social Media
  • Capture high-quality video and photo content
  • Create reels, short-form video, and platform-specific content
  • Assist with posting and managing content across:
    • Facebook
    • Instagram
    • TikTok
    • LinkedIn
    • YouTube
  • Stay on top of trends and implement what’s currently working

Editing & Production
  • Edit content for engagement, clarity, and performance
  • Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
  • Ensure content aligns with brand standards and messaging

Executive & Marketing Support
  • Work directly with the VP of Digital Marketing on campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist with organizing projects, timelines, and deliverables
  • Help coordinate marketing efforts across multiple clients and platforms
  • Support execution of digital campaigns and internal projects

Performance & Optimization
  • Track engagement and basic performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve content and results
  • Assist with reporting and campaign adjustments

Execution & Problem Solving
  • Take initiative and complete tasks without constant direction
