Spavia Belmar is hiring part-time and full-time W-2 Licensed Massage Therapists.

✔W-2 position – We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on massage

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience
  • Signature/Relaxation Massage | 60 min | $50-$54 (incl. gratuity)

  • Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone | 60 min | $59-$63 (incl. gratuity)

  • Extended Modalities | 80-100 min | $63-$92 (incl. gratuity)

✔ Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
✔ Average therapists gratuity: ~$22 included
✔ Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually
