Spa Inside Sales

Spavia Hulen Center is hiring a part-time inside sales associate that we call Guest Advisor. If you love creating five-star experiences, connecting with people, and working in a calm, beautiful environment--this role is for you. Enjoy the balance of working in the wellness industry with a consistent, reliable schedule.

Schedule & Benefits

• Hourly base of $11 + membership sales commissions, retail commissions, and performance bonuses.
• Extra pay from membership sales, retail sales & bonuses
• As you hit your sales goals, your hourly rate will be closer to $12-15/hr.
• Full-time or part-time
• Typical shift 6-8 hours

What You'll Do

• Greeting and assisting guests
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
• Provide education and sales recommendations to guests as it relates to treatments, membership, and retail products.
• Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
• Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth
