  • Restock manicure and pedicure supplies
  • Assist with regular inventory counts
  • Identify low-stock items before supplies run out
  • Receive and organize incoming products and supplies
  • Help keep storage and backroom areas organized

Salon Support

This is a hands-on salon environment, so the role is not limited to sitting at the front desk.

When needed, responsibilities may include:

  • Folding and organizing towels
  • Restocking technician stations and carts
  • Keeping common areas clean and organized
  • Preparing the salon for opening
  • Assisting with end-of-day closing duties
  • Maintaining the beverage/client area
  • Supporting technicians between appointments
  • Helping ensure the spa remains client-ready throughout the day

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is:

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable learning new technology and booking systems
  • Sales-minded without being overly pushy
  • Willing to help wherever needed
  • Able to handle client concerns calmly and professionally
  • A team player who understands that maintaining the salon is a shared responsibility

Previous experience in a salon, spa, hospitality, medical office, front desk, receptionist, or customer service environment is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Experience with scheduling software, POS systems, inventory, retail sales, or administrative work is a plus.

Compensation & Growth

Starting Pay: $16–$18/hour, based on experience.

Additional opportunities may include performance-based incentives related to:
