Do you love Minnesota lakes? Do you want to work near the lake all summer and get paid while doing it? Would you enjoy playing a critical role in ensuring clients are being delivered the highest quality lake weed removal service?

Well, we have the job for you! Join our growing team of dive team members that jump in and clean out those annoying lake weeds. You'll play a crucial role in our company, ensuring that the lake weed removal services are not only up to the standards of Waterfront Restoration, but also to that of our many loyal customers who expect us to provide them with a worry-free lake shore experience.

Hiring NOW for our Summer 2026 Quality Assurance Diver positions! The Quality Assurance Diver role can be full-time or part-time, however there will be opportunities for you to work with our SCUBA Dive lake weed removal crews throughout the summer also.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing a thorough Weed Growth Analysis to evaluate and provide information to our sales team for the customer's lake weed removal package
  • Creating legible and easy to follow reporting for the lake weed removal needs of new and prospective customers
  • Performing pre-planned quality inspections for customers who want to ensure that the results they receive are of the highest quality
  • Conducting random inspections of job sites where our SCUBA Dive crews have recently performed our by-the-root lake weed removal service
  • Cleaning up and touching up the properties we have recently visited to ensure the client is satisfied and is eager to continue their business with Waterfront Restoration
  • Responsible for motivating and holding our Dive Crew's accountable for their completed work at our client properties
  • Daily form completion and reporting
  • Daily communication with the Operations Manager, Sales Reps, and Dive Crew Leaders
  • Customer service responsibility
  • Driving Waterfront Restoration company vehicle (i.e. 1/4 ton pickup)
  • Representing our company to the highest standard - at times, you will be the face of the company!
  • Able to perform laborious removal of lake weeds and carrying large bags of vegetation up to 80lbs
  • Occasional interaction with clients

Working Conditions:
  • Love of working outdoors is essential and the willingness to work in bad weather conditions (i.e. rain, high humidity, heat)
  • Flexible scheduling - volunteer work on an occasional weekend or overtime, as needed
