IT Administrator (Not a Remote Position)
Monday, Wednesday and Friday (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

The IT Administrator is r esponsible for installing and configuring computers and other equipment for our employees. First and second level support for users that have technical questions. Having the ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently and effectively while providing users with excellent customer service. Documenting what you've learned for the future use of others. Excellent communication and follow-through skills are imperative while working with users (who may or may not be technically savvy) by phone, email, and in person. Must become proficient in UHS network responsibilities.

Qualifications
A minimum of an Associate's Degree, and 3-5 years of IT Administrator experience is required. Technical certifications in MCSE, CCNA, A+, NET+ are a plus.
