Sales Development Representative (SDR) - SEO & B2B SaaS

Chicago, IL • Remote

Job description

About the Opportunity

LMG Staffing Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a fast-growing, fully remote marketing agency that helps funded B2B SaaS and technology companies win visibility in traditional and AI-powered search. The company has nearly doubled revenue over the past year and is building its first-ever sales development function to keep pace with a growing stream of inbound demand. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Founder, sitting outside the delivery-focused teams (content, strategy, and link building).

Position Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be the first point of contact for a steady stream of inbound, outbound (ABM), and reactivation leads, and will play a key role in building the company's outbound systems from the ground up. This is not a generic dialer role - the ideal candidate has real experience selling into B2B SaaS or funded tech startups, can hold a credible first conversation with senior marketing and growth buyers, and is motivated to grow into a more senior sales role as the function scales. The role starts part-time (~20 hours/week), with a 90-day review for a move to full-time based on performance and lead volume.
