Part-Time or Full-Time | Entry-Level Sales Opportunity
Job Overview
At ManageCasa, we're building one of the most powerful and easy-to-use property management platforms in the PropTech space, and we're growing fast.
We're looking for hungry, driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are not afraid to go the extra mile, pick up the phone, make cold calls, and secure demos for our Account Managers. This role is a critical part of our revenue engine and often the first step into a long-term sales career at ManageCasa.
If you're early in your sales career, recently graduated (or about to), and want real, hands-on experience in SaaS sales, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
  • Make high-volume outbound calls (cold calling is a core part of this role)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book demos for Account Managers
  • Partner closely with Account Managers to drive demos to success and close
  • Be the first point of contact for new prospects and guide them to the next step
  • Research prospects and accounts to personalize outreach
  • Use creative outbound strategies across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Track activity, conversations, and outcomes in HubSpot CRM
  • Follow up consistently to move prospects forward
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute new lead-generation ideas
  • Learn ManageCasa's product deeply and confidently communicate its value
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong interest in starting or growing a career in sales
  • Comfortable making daily outbound calls
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and Gong is a plus
  • SaaS, PropTech, or property management exposure is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to learn fast, take feedback, and improve every week
What You'll Get
  • Hands-on training to become a product and sales expert
  • Direct exposure to real SaaS deals and sales cycles
  • Close mentorship from Account Managers and sales leadership
  • A servant-leadership culture that invests in your growth
  • A smart, curious, and hardworking team that gets things done
  • Clear path for advancement into Account Executive or Sales roles
Why ManageCasa?
ManageCasa is a fast-growing PropTech startup building an all-in-one platform for property managers, HOAs, and real estate professionals covering accounting, payments, maintenance, communication, leasing, and more.
If you want to learn real SaaS sales, work with a passionate team, and play a meaningful role in revenue growth, you'll love it here.
