What is a part time SaaS account manager?

A Part Time SaaS Account Manager is a professional who manages client relationships and accounts for a Software as a Service (SaaS) company on a part-time basis. Their responsibilities typically include onboarding new clients, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth. They act as the main point of contact between the client and the company, helping to resolve issues and communicate client needs to internal teams. Working part-time allows flexibility while still playing a crucial role in maintaining and developing client relationships to drive business success.

You’ll liaise with sales to stay updated on new client acquisitions and expansion opportunities, while working closely with support to resolve any product issues your accounts may encounter.
