Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Observe, administer, record, and report any medications, treatments, vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)
  • Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
  • Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
  • Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, and other patient activities
  • Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned
