Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) - 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team on a part-time basis. The RN will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in accordance with individualized care plans.
The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care while collaborating with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to promote the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
  • Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other direct care staff.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and resident-focused environment.
Qualifications
  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
