Edenbrook of Greenwood Hill is currently seeking a dedicated Part-time RN Supervisor to join our exceptional team. Available shifts include:

  • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Position: RN Supervisor (Part-time)

As the RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures in accordance with federal and state regulations, as well as local standards and guidelines.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate nursing systems that ensure consistent care delivery while maintaining and promoting resident rights.
  • Conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times daily, including at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Ensure residents are protected from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.
  • Collaborate as a key member of the facility's interdisciplinary management team in planning, policy formation, and administrative decision-making, with a focus on nursing services.

Education and Experience:

  • Active nursing licensure is required.
  • Degree from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid.
  • Proficiency in using desktop/notebook computers, Microsoft Office products, and various medical equipment.
  • Prior experience with PCC (Point Click Care) is a strong plus.
