As per the North Hills Local 32BJ Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Collective Bargaining Agreement, Article VI, Section 3, the following position posting is in effect:
POSITION: Custodian (Rover) - North Hills High School
HOURS: 2:45 p.m. - 11:15 p.m.; 3:25 p.m. - 11:55 p.m.
COMPENSATION:
  • $17.15/hour, 8.0 hours/day, 260 days/year
  • Individual health, dental and vision insurance at nominal contribution;
  • option to waive individual health insurance for cash payment
  • 10 sick days, 2 personal, 1 emergency day (all pro-rated); up to 5 vacation days in the first year of employment (all days pro-rated based on hire date); 15 paid holidays
  • PSERS Retirement System
