Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner - Wilmington, DE
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Shifts: Days
Pay Range: $100k$-150k

Job Summary:
The facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Rheumatology, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Prescribe medications and therapies according to state regulations and practice guidelines.
  • Provide patient education on disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Delaware and New Jersey.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) from a nationally recognized certifying body
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Rheumatology or a related field.
