  • Conduct market research to identify and build targeted lists of prospective clients aligned with the firm's service offerings
  • Research and evaluate companies and decision-makers to determine fit before outreach begins
  • Source accurate contact information for executive and senior-level stakeholders
  • Draft personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages using approved messaging frameworks
  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns and manage prospect conversations professionally
  • Qualify interested prospects and escalate warm opportunities for follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities within the CRM
  • Organize and update lead data, contact records, and prospect statuses
  • Support weekly and monthly KPI targets related to prospect research and appointment setting
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members via Slack, email, and CRM platforms
  • Identify opportunities to improve outreach processes and campaign effectiveness
