• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to enhance clients' mental health.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their emotions, experiences, and insights about their relationships.

You will primarily work with carefully screened adults who experience low-acuity mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Current licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential; provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Strong ability to make professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning and execution.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy, active listening, and a supportive approach to client interactions.
