Part-Time Remote Intake Specialist (Legal Services)
Various Part-Time shifts Pay: $16/hr
At Alert Communications, we provide around the clock live answering and intake solutions tailored specifically for the legal sector. Our team manages incoming leads, client onboarding and ongoing support for law practices nationwide.
Our Legal Intake Specialists serve as the premier point of contact for individuals reaching out to our partner law firms. In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating and qualifying incoming inquiries, delivering compassionate customer care and ensuring a smooth, professional onboarding process from the very first call.
Requirements:
  • Location: Must reside in Texas
  • Availability: Must be able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and be available for Holidays.
  • Experience: Prior Experience in customer service, call centers, sales or hospitality (legal industry preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency using computers and multiple screens/systems.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum of 35 WPM.
  • Maintain high productivity, accuracy, and reliability standards by utilizing your time and system tools effectively.
  • Being Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus!

Tech/Internet Requirements:
  • This is a remote position that requires dedicated home setup.
  • Internet Connection: High speed Fiber or Cable internet only (no satellite, DSL or WiFi).
  • Speed: Minimum 15 Mbps upload/5 Mbps download.
  • Hardwired Connection: Must use a direct Ethernet cable connection to your modem/outer.
  • You must have a PC/Laptop (Windows 11 or higher) and a wired USB headset. (No Apple/Macbooks/Tablets)
  • Wired USB headset with a mic
