Job description

At Peace Care is a growing ABA agency committed to providing compassionate, high-quality, and culturally responsive services to children and families across New Jersey. We are currently seeking a Part-Time BCBA to join our clinical team.
What You’ll Do

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and support RBTs delivering direct ABA services
  • Provide parent training and collaborate with caregivers
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Complete clinical documentation and treatment reports in a timely manner
  • Ensure services meet ethical, clinical, and insurance standards
What We’re Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • NJ Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligible for NJ licensure
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
  • Comfortable with a flexible, part-time caseload
  • Experience with insurance-based ABA services is a plus
