This BCBA role will support our growing Brownsville in-center location, with an anticipated start date of May.   • Work in center Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

You Focus on Clinical Work - We Handle the Admin work:
  • BCBAs do not manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing.
  • You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training.
  • BCBAs have a caseload of 6 - 12 full-time clients (25 - 32 billable hours per week).

  • You will be supported by our clinic’s experienced Clinical Director.
  • SOS Franchising also provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training.
  • SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
  • All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
  • To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months-providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.
