Job description

Support the Medicare Team by initiating outbound calls to prospective members, with the goal of setting qualified appointments for licensed Medicare agents. This internship offers hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, and the Medicare sales process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to Medicare-eligible individuals to prequalify and schedule appointments with licensed agents.
  • Manage and organize incoming leads from various sources including marketing campaigns, referrals, and outreach efforts.
  • Assist licensed agents in maintaining lead databases and appointment calendars.
  • Participate in mentorship with a licensed Medicare agent to gain practical insights into client interaction and compliance.
  • Support additional administrative and outreach projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
