Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center – Sevierville, TN

Part Time 4:00PM-8:00PM | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Sevierville, Tennessee. As the Receptionist, you'll be the key person to greet and welcome our visitors, staff and our residents and their families into our long term care facility.

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in data entry or office support

  • Prior experience in Healthcare or similar setting is strongly preferred

  • Strong communications skills (oral and written)

  • Outstanding customer service skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately

  • Provide information and assistance to residents, families and staff as needed

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with facility security and safety policies

  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing and data entry

  • Support various departments and administrative tasks as assigned
