Responsibilities
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience.

Qualifications
• Must have an NC Real Estate License.
• Experience in real estate sales, with a valid NC Broker license.
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate, ensuring client satisfaction and successful transactions.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and closing documents.
• Proficiency in using MLS and other real estate technology platforms.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
