As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Minimum 1 year or more of Security experience required
Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do:
  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed.
  • Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entry points, access activity, and/or visitor movement in accordance with site protocols, offering guidance and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
  • Support daily operations by observing the location for security-related issues, reporting hazards or policy violations, and assisting with directions, escorts, and/or other customer service needs as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 1+ years of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
