MB Attorney Search is conducting a search on behalf of a confidential client for a Real Estate Associate to join its Real Estate and Land Use practice in either Milwaukee or Madison, Wisconsin.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who wants broad exposure to a variety of sophisticated real estate matters and is interested in developing a well-rounded commercial real estate practice. The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of clients and collaborate closely with experienced attorneys in a supportive environment that places a strong emphasis on training, mentorship, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

The associate will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:

  • Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Real estate financing transactions.
  • Commercial leasing matters of various types.
  • Zoning and land use matters.
  • Real estate asset management.
  • Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and other real estate agreements.
  • Conducting and managing real estate due diligence.
  • Researching and analyzing real estate and land use issues.
  • Working directly with clients and other professionals on transaction-related matters.
  • Collaborating with attorneys across the firm's national real estate practice.
  • Developing increasing responsibility and expertise across multiple areas of real estate law.

Qualifications
