Seldin Company is seeking an Part Time Grounds/Make Ready Technician at Chapel Ridge apartment community in Marion, IA. This is a Tax Credit property with 200 units. This position will pay up to $20.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. This position is part time 25 hours per week.
