Job description

LaSalle Bakery is looking for full-time and part-time help working with our production team. We are looking for assistance with pastry finishing, bread/deli and general production of bakery goods.
The individual should be an enthusiastic, reliable person with a desire to learn. This is a hands on job working in a fast pace team environment for the production of morning pastries, cookies, pie, cakes, breads and deli items.
Applicants must be able to lift 40 pounds and work the full shift on their feet. Applicants must have the ability to read and understand product information, ingredients and basic instructions. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, this position will also be the back-up delivery driver.
Experience is preferred but is not required.
Shifts start at 4am, must be able to work weekends.
