Job description

Responsibilities

Under the general supervision of the Radiology Manager, the Central Scheduler is responsible for the operational aspects of the scheduling unit coordinating all outpatient appointments and other general clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

High school graduate or GED preferred; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

One year Radiology department experience.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

None

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of computers, departmental procedures, anatomy, and quality customer service. Ability to perform job related tasks in a timely manner.
