Radiology Technologist at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is PT and will work 10-hour, Variable shifts.

Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo has received Magnet designation in 2012, 2017, 2021 and are in the process of earning our fourth designation in 2025! This is a prestigious designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), which recognizes organizations that provide the highest-quality care. We are also recognized as one of the best regional hospitals in 18 types of care by U.S. News & World Report, including orthopedic and gastroenterological care. Our hospital is also honored with awards for cardiac surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, and excellence in women's services by Healthgrades and Newsweek.

Under general supervision, operates conventional, fluoroscopic, or portable radiology equipment to obtain routine radiographics of designated body portions, providing assessment and care for infants, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients according to physician specifications. In doing so, positions patients and adjusts x-ray equipment to correct setting for each examination. Assists physicians in carrying out examinations by mixing and preparing contrast media, assisting in sterile procedures, and the like.

  • California Radiologic Technologist within 90 days of hire
  • National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 90 days of hire
