Job description

Job Opportunity: Radiologist for Locum Coverage in California

Our organization is currently in search of a Radiologist to provide locum coverage in California. Below are the essential details regarding this position:

Coverage Requirements
  • Schedule: Coverage is required seven days a week, from Monday to Sunday.
  • Work Hours: An 8-hour workday from 9 AM to 5 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
  • On-Call Duties: Night on-call responsibilities are minimal.
  • Location: Onsite coverage is preferred.
  • Availability: Ideally seeking two weeks of coverage per month, but one week monthly will also be considered.
Imaging Responsibilities
  • Focus on inpatient and emergency room imaging.
  • Perform CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray procedures.
  • Light interventional radiology tasks such as PICC line placements, paracentesis, and thoracentesis are required.
Technology Utilized
  • Familiarity with Synapse, Powerscribe, and Meditech is preferred.
