What are hourly radiologists?

Hourly radiologists are medical professionals who specialize in interpreting medical images such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs and are compensated based on an hourly wage rather than a salaried or per-study basis. They may work for hospitals, clinics, or teleradiology services, often providing flexible coverage or filling in for staff shortages.
