Job Functions:
  • Assist with writing, reviewing and revising work and process instructions to meet customer's needs.
  • Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements.
  • Coordinate production workflow for multiple products, ensuring smooth operations throughout the production and distribution life of each product.
  • Responsible for developing, creating, and reviewing 2D dimensioned drawings for shop matching product requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of learning the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit and Harlow Aerostructures LLC
  • Work on Special projects within Engineering department, as assigned

Position Requirements
Skills Required:
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with great problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office programs
  • Familiar with Geometric Tolerances, GDT.
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of ERP System.

Education and Experience Required:
