Part time program managers are often hired for their expertise and flexibility, allowing organizations to benefit from experienced leadership without the commitment of a full-time position. They commonly work in sectors such as education, non-profits, healthcare, and business. The scope of their role may vary depending on the employer's needs and the size of the program.

Canopy Roots is partnering with the Metropolitan Council to operate a Metro Transit Community Response Team (CRT) to support riders across Metro Transit's light rail and bus systems. This initiative deploys unarmed, trauma-informed teams to engage riders experiencing behavioral health crises, homelessness, or unmet social service needs.
