Part-Time After School School Site Program Manager
Right At School provides local school districts with before and after-school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students!
Right At School's mission emphasizes a commitment to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind. We do this by building a team of mission-driven individuals who are passionate about fostering a love of learning and creating safe, engaging experiences for children. Our vision is to bring exceptional, affordable programs to as many students, families, and schools as possible while providing a safe environment for children to explore and grow.
Right At School is currently hiring for the 2026-2027 school year, beginning in August 2026.
We are seeking a part-time, After School Site Program Manager within the Weld County School District Re-3J at these beofre and after school locations:
Locations: (please review locations for distance)
  • Lochbuie Intermediate Academy-201 Bonanza Blvd, Lochbuie, CO 80603
  • Hudson Elementary- 300 Beech Street, Hudson CO 80642

After-School Site Program Manager: starting at $25-$27 per hour (based on education, years of licensed group childcare experience).
Part-Time Position Details-
  • Fall 2026 School Year: Before and After-School split-shift hours. Must be able to work Monday through Friday.
  • Located in the Weld County School District Re-3J (see adresses above)
  • Schedule: 2:30 pm-6:00 pm (may change slightly). Must be able to work the split-shift position Monday through Friday.
  • NO WEEKENDS!
  • Start Date: August 2026 (may have training days end of July)
  • Starting Wage: $25-27.00 per hour (depending on years of licensed group childcare experience and educational qualifications in a group setting).

Requirements:
• Must be 21 years or older
• One year of supervisory experience
• Verifiable education/experience
REQUIRED-4yr degree education, elementary education, specialty in art/human service (social work, psych, etc.); OR 2yr degrees and 6mo (910 hrs) of experience from the age of 18; OR 5, 460 hrs of experience (2-3yrs) w/ 6 semesters of schooling or 40 clocked hours of training for school-aged children
• Able to work the split shift, Monday through Friday!
You'll drive the mission by:
  • Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observation
  • Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way
  • Using your coursework training and our in-person training, model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
  • Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety and well-being and attention of all children
  • Meets regularly with the Area Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability
