As a Parts Sales Manager, where you'll play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. Responsibilities
- Leadership - Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
- Communication - Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
- Metrics Mindedness - Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
- Process Orientation - Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
- Teamwork - Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
