Ellicott City Healthcare Center is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Business Office. This position plays an important role in ensuring accurate administrative support, excellent customer service, and efficient office operations within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.

  • Greet residents, family members, visitors, and vendors.

  • Assist with resident trust accounts and basic financial transactions.

  • Support billing, accounts receivable, and insurance verification processes.

  • Maintain accurate resident and business office records.

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Assist with filing, data entry, and document management.

  • Support the Business Office Manager with administrative projects and reporting.
