Gold Standard Auctions is a fast-growing auction house specializing in coins, precious metals, and collectibles. We process and sell high volumes of inventory and are building a strong team to support our continued growth.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Entry Intern to assist with inventory and listing operations. This is a great opportunity for high school or college students looking to gain real-world experience in business operations, data management, and e-commerce.

You will help enter and organize data for coins and collectibles as they move through our sales pipeline. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry Support
    • Enter basic coin and inventory details into internal systems
    • Record information such as year, mint mark, denomination, and grade
    • Follow clear processes to ensure consistency
  • Listing Assistance
    • Help prepare items for auction and online listings
