Description:
Provide Guests with a We Win Hearts gaming experience by offering friendly service and a positive attitude while writing, running and paying Keno tickets via mobile device. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to communicate effectively with Guest, Team Members and Management. Have basic math skills. Have a basic understanding of the game of Keno. Previous cash handling experience a plus. Ability to walk Gaming area and Restaurants carrying Mobile device, printer and bank. Ability to work under limited supervision. Previous experience working in a similar resort setting a plus.
