Appalachian Mountain Health (AMH), a Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated part-time physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients, ensure effective diagnosis and treatment, and deliver an exceptional patient experience in a collaborative and dynamic healthcare setting. This role offers flexible hours and is perfect for those seeking to balance their professional life with personal commitments. AMH provides comprehensive, accessible, patient-centered primary care to all, including low-income, medically underserved, insured and uninsured populations.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Provide comprehensive medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care for patients in [specialty, e.g., family medicine, pediatrics, etc.].

Examinations: Perform physical exams, review medical history, and order/interpret diagnostic tests.

Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with nursing staff, other physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Patient Education: Advise and educate patients on wellness, prevention, treatment options, and follow-up care.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
