Job description

Nebraska Cancer Specialists (NCS) is committed to providing state of the art, compassionate care to our patients, families, and caregivers in a private outpatient setting. NCS is currently seeking a Part-time Pharmacy Tech to join our team. This position will prepare chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy medications by compounding or admixing.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician or State Pharmacy Board registration preferred.
  • Experience in an oncology pharmacy with I.V. preparation and/or chemotherapy mixing is preferred.
  • Completion of an accredited program or community college based program recommended.
  • Excellent mathematical skills, including understanding of the metric system needed.
