Personal Assistant – Part-Time, Hybrid On-Site and Remote (Amarillo, Texas)


Location: Amarillo, TX
Schedule: Flexible 15 - 30 hours per week
Compensation: $20/hour


We are two married working professionals seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support us in managing a wide range of personal and administrative responsibilities.


Position Overview

The Personal Assistant will help streamline our personal and professional lives by handling day-to-day tasks, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring smooth operation of household-related duties. You will work directly with us and regularly coordinate with our housekeeper, handyman, vendors, and service providers.


Primary Responsibilities


Administrative & Communication Support

  • Manage calls, emails, messages, and follow-ups
  • Maintain lists, reminders, calendars, and project notes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, events, and travel
  • Assist with personal and professional project coordination
  • Coordinate with our housekeeper and handyman
  • Run errands (shopping, returns, pickups, deliveries)
  • Assist with transportation on occasion
