Job Summary:
KPMG US is known for providing audit, tax, and advisory services across important industries. They are seeking a Manager for Business Support Services to join their Audit Technology Alliance team, where the primary responsibilities include onboarding member firms to Audit AI solutions and developing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with KPMG Audit AI product owners to understand our Audit AI roadmap, the features and enhancements set to be delivered with each release, impacts on existing processes and how member firms will on board and adopt these solutions
• Develop processes to successfully onboard member firms to Audit AI solutions, including guidance for member firms, internal guidance for support teams, and establishing a testing process to ensure the end-to-end process function properly
• Seek opportunities to leverage AI to develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports for phase transitions, project aging, and KPIs; manage outcome statements and priorities in coordination with key stakeholders
• Maintain document repositories, ensure audit-ready procedures and lifecycle adherence; oversee the setup and management of Business Support Services project team channels
• Drive outcomes and prioritization discussions with leadership, focusing on value delivery and future priorities and ensuring effective stage gate management, approvals, and progression with internal and external stakeholders; lead and coach offshore resources; conduct onboarding sessions for new resources and provide process overviews
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum five years of recent experience in Information Technology Service Management, Release Management, IT Operations or similar role in a large-scale, enterprise environment
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in computer science, information systems or technology, or related field is required
• Working experience in planning the adoption of advanced technology, including AI/Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or other audit technologies
• Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies certification is preferred in Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices; excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficient with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps and MS Office Suite (200TEC)
