Location: Omaha, NE
Contract Type: Travel
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 5×8 Days (0730–1600, plus call)
Pay: $3,044/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Job Description

ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Omaha, Nebraska. This position supports a multi-campus cath lab environment and involves assisting physicians during invasive cardiac procedures. The role requires strong cath lab technical skills, flexibility with call coverage, and the ability to respond within required timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Scrub in and support left heart caths, stent placements, pacemaker and ICD procedures
  • Perform monitoring and documentation during cases
  • Operate and assist with cath lab equipment including Siemens systems and IVUS
  • Maintain compliance with sterile technique and departmental policies
  • Float between affiliated campuses (Mercy, Lakeside, and Immanuel) as needed
  • Participate in shared call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

  • ARRT or RCIS registration required
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year cath lab experience
  • Experience with left heart caths, stents, pacemakers, and ICDs
  • EPIC charting experience
  • Ability to meet 30-minute call response time
  • Driver’s license required at submission
  • Must meet 50-mile radius rule (no FT/PT/PRN CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity affiliation)
  • Artificial nails prohibited per facility policy
