Building rapport quickly with clients and their families also helps create a trusting environment, which can make transitions between shifts smoother and more effective.

What is a part time PCA?

Their duties often include helping with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Part-time PCAs work flexible schedules that may include evenings or weekends, depending on the client's needs. They can work in private homes, assisted living facilities, or other care settings, and may be employed by agencies or directly by clients.
