  • Maintain strong attention to deadlines and ensure all inputs are submitted on time

Who You Are

  • Highly organized – You keep track of multiple inputs, deadlines, and details without things slipping through the cracks
  • Detail-oriented – You take pride in accuracy and catching small errors before they become bigger issues
  • Calm and adaptable – You can pivot when priorities change and stay steady during busy payroll cycles
  • Supportive team player – You're proactive, reliable, and ready to jump in where needed
  • Empathetic and professional – You communicate clearly and treat employee questions with care

This accounts for the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly rate is $30-33/hour working up to 30 hours per week.
