About the Role
Class 5 is seeking a versatile and passionate NASM Certified Group Fitness Instructors to join our team! We are especially interested in instructors with experience in a variety of fitness modalities, including:
  • Strength and conditioning
  • HIIT or circuit-style training
  • Bodyweight-focused classes
  • Mobility, stretch, or yoga-inspired fitness

This is an excellent opportunity for instructors who thrive on creating inclusive, engaging experiences for participants of all levels.
Please note: To be considered, applicants must be available to teach in the morning and/or evenings.
The trainer will lead group fitness classes while providing guidance and support to our members and guests. Responsibilities include:
  • Design and implement safe and effective exercise programs for class participants of all fitness levels
  • Lead group fitness instruction
  • Provide guidance and support to class participants to help them achieve their fitness goals
  • Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition; alert management if there are concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and research to continuously improve the quality of service provided

Qualifications
  • NASM (or equivalent) Certified Personal Trainer
  • Education or background in kinesiology or body mechanics
  • Experience as a group class instructor
  • Flexible in teaching styles and modalities
  • Strong understanding of proper form, technique, and safety considerations
  • Available to reliably teach at the scheduled class times

Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional certifications in relevant areas such as Yoga, Pilates, or Strength and Conditioning
  • Experience with a variety of training modalities such as HIIT, strength training, yoga, mobility, or similar disciplines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals

Compensation
Pay is $45 for one hour class
