Xactly Implementation Consultant (Contract Position)
Project Overview
Canidium is seeking an experienced Xactly Implementation Consultant to support the delivery of Xactly suite solutions for our enterprise clients. This is a contract engagement focused on high-quality technical execution and client-facing requirements gathering.
  • Estimated Duration: 6 months (with potential for permanent hire)
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Capacity: Approximately 10-20 hours per week
  • Location: Remote - US Based

Scope of Work & Deliverables
The Consultant will be responsible for the following key project milestones:
  • Requirements Documentation: Lead discovery sessions to gather and document detailed business requirements for Xactly Incent and related modules.
  • System Configuration: Complete end-to-end solution design, rule writing, and configuration within the Xactly environment.
  • Testing & Deployment: Execute rigorous system testing, troubleshoot logic gaps, and manage the deployment/production support phase.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing Xactly results to identify and implement process improvements or custom technology solutions for complex business problems.
  • Technical Documentation: Produce clear, professional technical documentation for client handoffs.

Required Technical Expertise
The ideal Consultant will possess:
  • Xactly Proficiency: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent. Experience with Connect, Reporting, or Extend is highly preferred.
  • Consulting Background: Proven track record in customer-facing roles, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Independent Delivery: Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communication: Strong professional presence with experience interacting with various management levels.
