Job Summary
This position shall be under the general supervision of the Program manager and Assistant Program manager for the Operations Department. Responsible for assembling medial kits precisely using many different components. Identify expiration dates and record them. Assist in packing orders and getting them ready to ship to the customer. Reconcile inventory counts and use first-in first-out inventory rotation. (FI-FO)

Primary Duties

  • Responsible for the assisting of Medical Products, including the Corpsman Assault Pack with Content Assemblage (CAPCA), and Forward Resuscitative Surgical System (FRSS), and other medical lines or non-medical product lines.

  • Contributes to inventory control, including preforming quarterly inventories and reporting any non-complaint expiration dates.

  • Responsible for the preparation of shipments to be sent to the customer, including the packing of boxes and the stacking and wrapping of pallets.

  • Contributes to the verification on inbound materials including checking material against packing slips/PO requests and compliance verification.

  • Responsible for the maintenance of quality product by performing quality control checks on all material prior to shipment.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all fire and safety, bomb threat, and security protocol regulations within assigned area.

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: Education, Experience and Certification(s)

  • Required: High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Effective internal and external customer service skills.

  • Basic ability to operate a computer using tracking software.
