Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Minimum 8 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical supervision of Associate Therapists
  • Provide confidential assessments and individual, family, and group psychotherapy services to clients with diverse emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care, consultations, and training.
  • Work closely with schools and other involved professionals to ensure effective care coordination.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor client progress using various measures and tools.
  • Establish and maintain constructive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current clinical licensure in the state of California (PHD, PSYD).
  • Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience working with children, youth, adults, and families with diverse clinical issues.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
