About the role

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Sales Services, this position provides administrative and operational support to help the department achieve its goals efficiently and accurately. Key responsibilities include processing monthly POS data, preparing and submitting internal documentation, entering credits, maintaining departmental files, and assisting with additional operational needs as assigned. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  • Cleanse and validate monthly POS sales data files received from multiple distributors
  • Prepare and submit supplier ACH information to Accounts Payable
  • Maintain and update Sales Representative information in the Sales Directory
  • Assist with entering Marketing, Defective and manual credits into Oracle
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, IT, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing
  • Provide support for ad hoc departmental projects and tasks as needed
  • Order and maintain departmental office supplies

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with large datasets
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel required
  • Experience with Oracle, SharePoint, and Power BI preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong judgment, sound decision-making skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior data administration experience preferred
