We're looking for a part-time Operations Assistant to support the administrative and analytical side of our business. This role is perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys making order out of chaos.
Your mission? Help us streamline our systems, track key metrics, and keep things running like a well-oiled machine.You're a Great Fit If You:
• Love working with spreadsheets, systems, and checklists
• Have experience with data entry, reporting, and light bookkeeping
• Are organized, reliable, and can spot small details most people miss
• Enjoy solving problems and creating efficiency
• Prefer supporting a team from behind the scenes rather than being front-facing
• Are comfortable learning new software and platforms (experience with CRMs is a plus)Core Responsibilities:
• Enter, track, and verify data across multiple platforms (CRM, spreadsheets, internal systems)
• Generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and clinic metrics
• Support billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
• Maintain accurate client records and administrative documentation
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and offer solutions to improve them
• Assist in light project management and system implementation
• Coordinate internal communications and follow-through on tasks
